VZ F6 Wood-burning-oven, up to 10-13 x 12” pizzas in 90-120 seconds at 350°C

The VZ F6 wood-burning oven with an internal diameter of 120x155 cms, because of its oval shape, it enhances the VZ F5 oven capacity and is fit for big and medium pizza-houses. It can contain 10-13 pizzas, at the optimal temperature of 350°C; the cooking times vary from 90 to 120 seconds which - with the help of 3 pizza-makers – can carry out an hourly volume of 130 pizzas.

The VZ F6 oven is made of refractory pressed material with a high percentage of alumina, which combines refractoriness with a high mechanical resistance. The height of the vault from the bottom and its parabolic shape allow the homogeneous heating of the base which, with its thickness, accumulates enough heat to surpass flawlessly the cooking climax.

The VZ F6 oven reduces by 50% the consumption of firewood compared to ovens of the same size.
