warranty for complete peace of mind.
What’s included

otherwise stated on the product listing or invoice, all products come with a minimum
1-year commercial parts-only warranty.
- Replacement parts
supplied for manufacturing faults - Warranty provided
directly by the manufacturer unless stated otherwise - Coverage applies to UK
mainland orders only and once goods are fully paid
Warranty Types

Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and
call-out costs are not included.
- Defective parts must be
returned within 14 days - A refundable deposit
may be required before dispatch of replacements
Back-to-Base
Warranty (where applicable)
Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.
Parts &
Labour Warranty (if purchased)
Where specified, repairs are carried out by approved engineers with prior
agreement.

Warranty

- General wear and tear
- Misuse, neglect, or
incorrect installation - Damage caused by
third-party interference or unauthorised repairs - Consumable parts (e.g.
seals, bulbs, handles, glass, hinges) - Damage from
environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.) - Loss of stock, food, or
business interruption
Important conditions
- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable

The Prodis NTKC1 is a robust and compact keg cooler from the best-selling NT series back bar range, designed for efficient draught beer service in bars, pubs, and hospitality venues. Built to deliver rapid cooling performance and user convenience, the NTKC1 combines practical features with a durable construction, making it an ideal choice for everyday commercial use.
Capable of holding 1 x 11-gallon (½ barrel) keg, the unit features forced air cooling for quick temperature pull-down and consistent serving conditions. An insulated beer column with cold air feed ensures every pour is perfectly chilled, while the integrated drip tray and drain pan promote clean and safe operation.
