Sergas Griddle P80

The Sergas Griddle P80 is a compact yet powerful gas griddle built for efficiency and hygiene in commercial kitchens. Its grilling plate is specially designed to prevent food residues from accumulating, making it easy to clean and fully compliant with hygiene standards. A sliding grease collection tray allows for quick inspection and maintenance.

Safety is ensured by a thermostatic control system, which continuously regulates the burner. Additionally, the adjustable burner nozzle allows compatibility with both LPG and natural gas, offering maximum flexibility for different installation needs.
