The EP800 proving / holding cabinet is designed to compliment the FC110E. Preset at 29'C for proving it takes approx 2 hour for the dough to rise. By simple adjustment of the electronic thermostat the EP800 can be used as a savoury hot cupboard. Features: push button water injection electronic thermostat. Supplied without shelves.
