fried eggs, omelettes and bacon. Vitro ceramic infrared heating system
means reduced energy use and perfect healthy cooking. The griddle is
styled for front of house use as technology reduces smell and smoke,
also featuring a single heating zone, welded steel walls and a front
opening drainage drawer.
