Designed to streamline dough preparation, the KALI system automatically divides and rounds dough into consistent portions—dramatically reducing labor costs while improving product uniformity.
Available as a combined system or as separate units, the KALI features a precision dough divider that portions the mix based on either a programmable timer or a feeler pin sensor, both included as standard for maximum flexibility and accuracy. Once divided, the dough is seamlessly transferred to the rounder unit, which forms each piece into a tight, uniform ball—ready for proofing or pressing.
The system includes one interchangeable extrusion cone (your choice, based on weight range), with additional cones available to accommodate portion sizes ranging from 20 grams to 800 grams.
