• There is a diameter of 1.20 m and a surface of 1.13 m² It allows the same energy efficiency than the wood oven and the same productivity efficiency. It is possible to set it on a vehicle. For this gas oven, the energy source is inside the baking room. The flame is entirely in the oven. The burner is at the back of the floor it is one AEM type 36 KW with 2 solenoid valves and 2 speeds : 1 maximum to heat the oven and one to adjust the temperature for the baking. This oven has one certification by CERTIGAZ regarding the instructions 902/396/CEE GAS APPLIANCES. -
• The vault is made of concrete, the floor and the arch are made of bricks.
