  • -The units can be installed in a central position or against a wall.
  • -Construction is made out of stainless steel 18.10.
  • -The top has a rounded 5 mm thick front edge. (sandwich structure of stainless steel 2 mm and 3 mm galvanized steel underneath).
  • -This top forms a water-proof basin and has a water injection system for cleaning and cooling down..
  • Equipped with a drain for water evacuation.
  • -The units are assembled on cylindrical stainless steel adjustable feet with under-shelf in stainless steel.
  • -The 30 cm stainless steel back splash plate is provided with one or two cold water taps. (not for the island devices), the cast iron burner has a diameter of 280 mm and develops a power of 13 kW for liquid gas and 15 kW for natural gas.
  • -It is very easily dismantled (allowing easy cleaning).
  • -Regulation by gas cocks from pilot burner to full blast.
  • -Equipped with pilot burner and thermocouple.
  • -Each burner is equipped with a SS drawer for the recuperation of same.
  • -For wok cooking, each burner is equipped with stainless steel removable wok ring.
