Equipped with a drain for water evacuation. -The units are assembled on cylindrical stainless steel adjustable feet with under-shelf in stainless steel. -The 30 cm stainless steel back splash plate is provided with one or two cold water taps. (not for the island devices), the cast iron burner has a diameter of 280 mm and develops a power of 13 kW for liquid gas and 15 kW for natural gas. -It is very easily dismantled (allowing easy cleaning). -Regulation by gas cocks from pilot burner to full blast.
