The KGL2X40 Gas Crepe Maker is part of a professional series featuring models with one or two burners and plate diameters of 35 cm or 40 cm. This double-burner model is equipped with three stainless steel ingredient bowls on one side of each burner, providing convenient access to dough or other ingredients during cooking. Each burner, powered by a 5 or 6 kW gas flame, has its own igniter and switch for independent, safe, and efficient operation. Constructed from stainless steel, the unit ensures hygiene, easy cleaning, and ergonomic use with minimal maintenance required.
