The Lincat J6 Silverlink 600 is a compact yet powerful electric fryer designed for professional kitchens requiring performance and reliability in limited space. With a 9-litre single tank and an output of up to 18kg of frozen chips per hour, it's ideal for busy service periods.

Equipped with precise thermostatic control (130°C to 190°C), front-mounted control knobs, and a hinged element with a safety cut-out, the J6 ensures safe and simple operation. A front drainage tap allows for easy oil removal, while the built-in cabinet provides convenient storage for your oil bucket.

Built from durable stainless steel, both the body and tank are easy to clean and built to withstand heavy-duty use. Supplied as standard are heavy-duty double nickel-plated spun wire baskets, batter plates, and stainless steel lids.
