warranty for complete peace of mind.
What’s included
Unless
otherwise stated on the product listing or invoice, all products come with a minimum
1-year commercial parts-only warranty.
- Replacement parts
supplied for manufacturing faults - Warranty provided
directly by the manufacturer unless stated otherwise - Coverage applies to UK
mainland orders only and once goods are fully paid
Warranty Types
1-Year Parts Replacement Warranty
Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and
call-out costs are not included.
- Defective parts must be
returned within 14 days - A refundable deposit
may be required before dispatch of replacements
Back-to-Base
Warranty (where applicable)
Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.
Parts &
Labour Warranty (if purchased)
Where specified, repairs are carried out by approved engineers with prior
agreement.
What’s not covered
Warranty
does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Misuse, neglect, or
incorrect installation - Damage caused by
third-party interference or unauthorised repairs - Consumable parts (e.g.
seals, bulbs, handles, glass, hinges) - Damage from
environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.) - Loss of stock, food, or
business interruption
Important conditions
- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable

The Fisk15 is a 1.5m stainless steel fresh fish display counter, expertly designed for use with flaked ice to create a visually striking and hygienic seafood presentation. Constructed entirely from AISI 316 stainless steel, it offers superior corrosion resistance—ideal for wet and salty environments—ensuring long-lasting durability and effortless cleaning.
The unit is filled with high-density polyurethane insulation to maintain low temperatures for extended periods, helping to preserve product freshness. A discreet 19mm drain outlet is built in behind the leg, allowing for seamless and hidden connection to your main drainage system.
For added flexibility, multiple Fisk counters can be multiplexed together to form a continuous display line, perfect for larger seafood counters or bespoke layouts.
