Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and
call-out costs are not included.
- Defective parts must be
returned within 14 days - A refundable deposit
may be required before dispatch of replacements

Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.
Parts &
Labour Warranty (if purchased)
Where specified, repairs are carried out by approved engineers with prior

third-party interference or unauthorised repairs - Consumable parts (e.g.
seals, bulbs, handles, glass, hinges) - Damage from
environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.) - Loss of stock, food, or
business interruption
Important conditions
- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable

The G3625 Chargrill is designed to deliver powerful performance, exceptional heat distribution, and perfectly branded cooking results in demanding commercial kitchens. Featuring six heavy-duty, double-sided cast iron brander bars and two high-performance cast iron burners, this unit provides consistent, controllable heat across an extended cooking surface for maximum output and even cooking results.
Advanced radiant technology ensures optimum heat transfer and distribution, helping chefs produce succulent meats, vegetables, and grilled dishes with authentic chargrilled flavour and appearance. Variable burner controls with a turndown position allow precise temperature adjustment while helping to reduce energy consumption during quieter service periods.
Each burner is fitted with individual piezo ignition, providing a reliable and efficient lighting method without the need for electricity.
