The Gastronorm-compatible Falcon Dominator Plus LPG Gas Steam Oven
G3478 is great value for money and provides exceptionally low cost, bulk
food production. The interior of the oven is made from stainless steel
and it features simple to use manual controls and is supplied with 6
perforated aluminium shelves. Including removable shelf hangers for easy
cleaning, it is also WRAS approved.
