Pizzaform is a specialized dough press designed to deliver high-speed, uniform pizza base production with minimal labor. Available in five models, this powerful unit forms pizza bases up to 52 cm in diameter, making it ideal for high-volume pizzerias and commercial kitchens.
With a production capacity of up to 400 pizza bases per hour, Pizzaform eliminates the need for skilled dough handling. Its chromium-plated heated plates are specially configured to maintain traditional pizza edging while ensuring perfectly even thickness and shape.
The adjustable thickness settings allow full control over dough base thickness, and thanks to the electronically controlled plates, the surface of the dough forms a thin starch layer. This innovative feature helps retain fermentation gases, resulting in consistent internal structure and perfectly even cooking.
Built entirely from high-quality stainless steel, Pizzaform is both durable and hygienic, and it comes equipped with all required international safety features, ensuring peace of mind during operation.
