The OEM dough divider and rounder machine will create dough balls in your desired size, ranging from 50 Gr. to 300 Gr. (1.76 to 10.58 ounces). Each size for dough balls requires a different molder to create with the dough divider and rounder your correct size of pizzaballs. ( Moulders Purchased Indiviually)

- The user puts in 30 Kg of yeast free dough in the upper tank, and then select the cone ( moulder) and the bell of the desired size. At the end of this process well dosed and rounded portions will be ready to be put in the yeasting chamber.
