What’s included

1-year commercial parts-only warranty.

Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and

seals, bulbs, handles, glass, hinges) - Damage from
environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.) - Loss of stock, food, or
business interruption
Important conditions
- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable

- Units are factory pre-charged for refrigerant pipe runs up to 10 metres.
- Installation and commissioning must be carried out by a qualified refrigeration engineer excluded in sale price.
- Refrigeration pipework, electrical connections and commissioning are not included unless stated.
- Cold room capacities are approximate and depend on room insulation, ambient temperature, door openings and stored product.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, although many orders are dispatched sooner depending on factory production schedules.
