'Black Iron' is the term given to products made from mild steel, not to its colour. They are more robust than aluminium especially when baking at very high temperatures. Black Iron pans will need to be seasoned before use. Ideal for proofing dough. Rolled rim add strength and eliminates sharp edges. Works well in deck ovens and are available in base diameters of 6" to 16". Made from robust mild steel. Suitable for deck and conveyor ovens. Both fresh dough and par-baked bases.
