1-Year Parts Replacement Warranty
Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and
call-out costs are not included.
- Defective parts must be
returned within 14 days - A refundable deposit
may be required before dispatch of replacements
Back-to-Base
Warranty (where applicable)
Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.
Parts &
Labour Warranty (if purchased)
Where specified, repairs are carried out by approved engineers with prior
agreement.

Warranty

- General wear and tear
- Misuse, neglect, or
incorrect installation - Damage caused by
third-party interference or unauthorised repairs - Consumable parts (e.g.
seals, bulbs, handles, glass, hinges) - Damage from
environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.) - Loss of stock, food, or
business interruption
Important conditions
- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable

Two new devices, which thanks to their advanced design provide ease of use, economic function and attractive appearance.
The users has access from both sides, something which means easier and faster loading - unloading and ease of cleaning.
Their resistances are located in the center, so that they can roast two sides at the same time, something which the classical chicken grill devices can not do. Finally the large glass areas from both sides and the lighting of the interior provide impressing appearance, all the same from which side they are looked at.
