Warranty Types

Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and
call-out costs are not included.
- Defective parts must be
returned within 14 days - A refundable deposit
may be required before dispatch of replacements

Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.
Parts &
Labour Warranty (if purchased)
Where specified, repairs are carried out by approved engineers with prior
agreement.

third-party interference or unauthorised repairs - Consumable parts (e.g.
seals, bulbs, handles, glass, hinges) - Damage from
environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.) - Loss of stock, food, or
business interruption
Important conditions
- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable

- -The units can be installed in a central position or against a wall.
- -Construction is made out of stainless steel 18.10.
- -The top has a rounded 5 mm thick front edge. (sandwich structure of stainless steel 2 mm and 3 mm galvanized steel underneath).
- -This top forms a water-proof basin and has a water injection system for cleaning and cooling down..
- Equipped with a drain for water evacuation.
- -The units are assembled on cylindrical stainless steel adjustable feet with under-shelf in stainless steel.
- -The 30 cm stainless steel back splash plate is provided with one or two cold water taps. (not for the island devices), the cast iron burner has a diameter of 280 mm and develops a power of 13 kW for liquid gas and 15 kW for natural gas.
- -It is very easily dismantled (allowing easy cleaning).
- -Regulation by gas cocks from pilot burner to full blast.
- -Equipped with pilot burner and thermocouple.
- -Each burner is equipped with a SS drawer for the recuperation of same.
- -For wok cooking, each burner is equipped with stainless steel removable wok ring.
