supplied for manufacturing faults - Warranty provided
directly by the manufacturer unless stated otherwise - Coverage applies to UK
mainland orders only and once goods are fully paid
Warranty Types

Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and
call-out costs are not included.
- Defective parts must be
returned within 14 days - A refundable deposit
may be required before dispatch of replacements
Back-to-Base
Warranty (where applicable)
Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.
Parts &
Labour Warranty (if purchased)
Where specified, repairs are carried out by approved engineers with prior
agreement.

Warranty

- General wear and tear
- Misuse, neglect, or
incorrect installation - Damage caused by
third-party interference or unauthorised repairs - Consumable parts (e.g.
seals, bulbs, handles, glass, hinges) - Damage from
environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.) - Loss of stock, food, or
business interruption
Important conditions
- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable

The Roller Grill GES80 is a compact, professional-grade stick waffle maker, perfect for creating delicious handheld waffles ideal for dipping into chocolate, icing, or decorative toppings. Each cast iron plate contains 4 moulds (145 x 38mm), producing 4 uniform stick waffles in just a few minutes.
This unit heats up in only 10 minutes and delivers rapid, even heat across the entire surface thanks to elements located beneath the cooking plates. The four-sided drip tray helps maintain a clean workspace, making it ideal for high-output commercial environments like cafés, food trucks, dessert shops, and kiosks.
