Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and
call-out costs are not included.

returned within 14 days - A refundable deposit
may be required before dispatch of replacements

Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.
Parts &

Where specified, repairs are carried out by approved engineers with prior

incorrect installation - Damage caused by
third-party interference or unauthorised repairs - Consumable parts (e.g.
seals, bulbs, handles, glass, hinges) - Damage from
environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.) - Loss of stock, food, or
business interruption
Important conditions
- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable

The SERGAS KEL2X35 is a powerful electric double crepe maker designed for high-output commercial kitchens. It features two 35 cm diameter hotplates, each controlled independently by a 2.5 kW heating element and its own thermostat for precise temperature control.
Built from durable stainless steel, the unit is easy to clean and ideal for consistent, efficient crepe production. Conveniently integrated on one side are three stainless steel ingredient bowls—perfect for storing batter and toppings right where you need them.
