Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and
call-out costs are not included.
- Defective parts must be
returned within 14 days - A refundable deposit
may be required before dispatch of replacements

Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.
Parts &
Labour Warranty (if purchased)
Where specified, repairs are carried out by approved engineers with prior
agreement.

- General wear and tear
- Misuse, neglect, or
incorrect installation - Damage caused by
third-party interference or unauthorised repairs - Consumable parts (e.g.
seals, bulbs, handles, glass, hinges) - Damage from
environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.) - Loss of stock, food, or
business interruption
Important conditions
- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable

Product Description:
Built from 430-grade stainless steel, this 1600 mm wide hood offers durability and a clean industrial finish. With a depth of 950 mm and height of 400 mm, it’s suitable for larger cooking areas requiring broader air capture. The hood includes two stainless steel filters (495 × 495 × 25 mm each) for increased filtration capacity, and integrated lighting for better visibility. It also features a tap for grease drainage.
