Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and
call-out costs are not included.
- Defective parts must be
returned within 14 days - A refundable deposit
may be required before dispatch of replacements

Warranty (where applicable)
Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.
Parts &
Labour Warranty (if purchased)
Where specified, repairs are carried out by approved engineers with prior
agreement.

Warranty

- General wear and tear
- Misuse, neglect, or
incorrect installation - Damage caused by
third-party interference or unauthorised repairs - Consumable parts (e.g.
seals, bulbs, handles, glass, hinges) - Damage from
environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.) - Loss of stock, food, or
business interruption
Important conditions
- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable

An extra-wide, heavy-duty wall-mounted hood designed for high-performance air filtration across extensive kitchen setups.
Product Description:
Built for large-scale kitchen operations, this 3000 mm wide wall-mounted hood is constructed from durable 430-grade stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to corrosion and wear. Its 950 mm depth and 400 mm height provide superior air capture. The unit features five stainless steel filters (495 × 495 × 25 mm each) for maximum filtration coverage, integrated lighting for enhanced visibility, and a tap for grease collection. Like other units in the 950 series, this model is engine- and controller-free, ready for integration with external ventilation systems.
