Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and
call-out costs are not included.

returned within 14 days - A refundable deposit
may be required before dispatch of replacements

Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.
Parts &

Where specified, repairs are carried out by approved engineers with prior
agreement.

incorrect installation - Damage caused by
third-party interference or unauthorised repairs - Consumable parts (e.g.
seals, bulbs, handles, glass, hinges) - Damage from
environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.) - Loss of stock, food, or
business interruption
Important conditions
- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable

pre-rinse dishes before thoroughly cleaning them in the larger sink. The
larger sink (right) comes with a 38mm waste hole, plug, chain and
overflow, whilst the smaller sink (left) comes with 38mm basket strainer
waste outlet, perfect for catching food waste before washing.
