warranty for complete peace of mind.
What’s included
Unless
otherwise stated on the product listing or invoice, all products come with a minimum
1-year commercial parts-only warranty.
- Replacement parts
supplied for manufacturing faults - Warranty provided
directly by the manufacturer unless stated otherwise - Coverage applies to UK
mainland orders only and once goods are fully paid
Warranty Types
1-Year Parts Replacement Warranty
Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and
call-out costs are not included.
- Defective parts must be
returned within 14 days - A refundable deposit
may be required before dispatch of replacements
Back-to-Base
Warranty (where applicable)
Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.
Parts &
Labour Warranty (if purchased)
Where specified, repairs are carried out by approved engineers with prior
agreement.
What’s not covered
Warranty
does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Misuse, neglect, or
incorrect installation - Damage caused by
third-party interference or unauthorised repairs - Consumable parts (e.g.
seals, bulbs, handles, glass, hinges) - Damage from
environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.) - Loss of stock, food, or
business interruption
Important conditions
- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable

The Blue Seal 430-EM is a powerful and reliable electric pizza oven designed for high-performance in commercial kitchens. Built to accommodate up to 4 x 12” pizzas per deck, this oven is ideal for busy pizzerias, restaurants, and takeaways.
Equipped with electromechanical thermostats for precise temperature control and independent heating elements for the ceiling and base, the 430-EM offers customizable baking to achieve the perfect crust and even cooking. The oven features a refractory stone baking surface for authentic, high-quality results and can reach temperatures up to 400°C.
Its eco-compatible fibro ceramic and needle rock wool insulation ensures energy efficiency and safe operation.
