Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and
call-out costs are not included.

returned within 14 days - A refundable deposit
may be required before dispatch of replacements

Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.

business interruption

- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable
