The Pro Line double-door freezer is designed for professionals who require high-capacity deep-freezing in a durable and efficient format. With a gross capacity of 1400 litres, this unit is ideal for commercial kitchens, food processing facilities, and large-scale catering operations where reliability is non-negotiable.
Built from 430-grade stainless steel, both inside and out, the cabinet ensures long-term durability and easy sanitation in demanding environments. Inside, 31 guide pairs and six GN 2/1-compatible grids provide extensive storage flexibility with 45 mm spacing, supporting organized, high-density freezing.
Cooling is delivered by a powerful ventilated system, maintaining a stable internal temperature between -10°C and -22°C, even under frequent use. The automatic defrost system and 60 mm thick insulation improve operational efficiency and reduce manual upkeep. Designed for performance in warm environments, the freezer operates effectively in ambient temperatures up to 43°C.
The unit features two independently hinged doors, one left and one right, each with a secure lockable design. Interior LED lighting provides clear visibility, and its quiet 45 dB operation allows use in both front-of-house and prep areas. Powered by 0.65 kW on a 230V / 50 Hz connection, the freezer uses R290 natural refrigerant, combining cooling strength with an eco-conscious footprint.
