Description
Description
Water Chargrill 1 Burner WG1
SER GAS Water Grills are the next step in grilling technology. Their specialty is the existence of a drawer under the grill and burners in which water is placed that affects the grilling process in two ways: On the one hand, it functions as a grease collector in which the fat dripping from the grill is “extinguished”. This results in the reduction of smoke in the kitchen area to a minimum, something that every professional knows what this means. On the other hand, the presence of water near the grilling surface creates an environment saturated with water vapor that “forces” the grilled food to retain its natural juices and acquire a distinctive flavor. Especially for the case of very fatty meats, the Zeta type grill is available, which provides the ability to collect and remove all the fat and to trap all the heat generated by the device on the cooking surface, eliminating losses. All parts of the device (frame, burner, external surfaces) are made of stainless steel. The safety of combustion is constantly controlled by a safety valve (thermocouples) and they have a piezoelectric igniter and a pilot for lighting the burner. As with all SER GAS gas appliances, the burner nozzles are adjustable for any gas. They bear the CE mark.
