warranty for complete peace of mind.
What’s included
Unless
otherwise stated on the product listing or invoice, all products come with a minimum
1-year commercial parts-only warranty.
- Replacement parts
supplied for manufacturing faults - Warranty provided
directly by the manufacturer unless stated otherwise - Coverage applies to UK
mainland orders only and once goods are fully paid
Warranty Types
1-Year Parts Replacement Warranty
Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and
call-out costs are not included.
- Defective parts must be
returned within 14 days - A refundable deposit
may be required before dispatch of replacements
Back-to-Base
Warranty (where applicable)
Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.
Parts &
Labour Warranty (if purchased)
Where specified, repairs are carried out by approved engineers with prior
agreement.

Warranty

- General wear and tear
- Misuse, neglect, or
incorrect installation - Damage caused by
third-party interference or unauthorised repairs - Consumable parts (e.g.
seals, bulbs, handles, glass, hinges) - Damage from
environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.) - Loss of stock, food, or
business interruption
Important conditions
- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable

ROTI NAAN MACHINE RD-40
Our Roti machines make food preparation a breeze. Whether you’re making rotis, naans, tortillas, or other foods, our machines are designed to simplify the process. Unlike traditional Tandoori Ovens, our machines don’t require any special training to use, so you can skip the need for a tandoori chef. With an hourly production capacity of 400-450 units, our machines can help you maximize production and sales. Our Roti machine features a variable speed controller, so you can cook your dough at your preferred pace, and a glass screen that makes the pilot light visible. At just 70 cm wide, our machine can easily fit through most doors, thanks to its removable front cover. We’re proud to say that all of our gas valves and super gas saver burners are made in Britain and have received full CE certification.
Available in Natural Gas or LPG.

- 1/2 inch gas pipe inlet (gas pipe included) On stand with heavy duty casters no need for a table.
- Heat treated disk made in the UK (Variable Speed Control).
- Individual controlled gas burner Ready to use just connect to gas supply.
- This machine has a removable front cover for ease of transportation and fitting, this means it will easily fit through a 70cm wide door .
