directly by the manufacturer unless stated otherwise - Coverage applies to UK

Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and
call-out costs are not included.
- Defective parts must be
returned within 14 days - A refundable deposit
may be required before dispatch of replacements

Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.
Parts &

Where specified, repairs are carried out by approved engineers with prior

environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.) - Loss of stock, food, or
business interruption
Important conditions
- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable

The Sergas Griddle P8S7 is a high-performance gas griddle designed for professional kitchens. Its grilling plate is engineered to prevent food residue buildup, making it exceptionally easy to clean and fully compliant with hygiene standards. The unit includes a sliding grease collection tray for effortless maintenance and inspection.
For safety, the griddle is equipped with a gas thermostat that ensures constant and secure control of the burner. Additionally, the burner nozzle is adaptable for use with either LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) or natural gas, offering flexibility for various kitchen setups.
