Warranty Types

Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and
call-out costs are not included.
- Defective parts must be
returned within 14 days - A refundable deposit
may be required before dispatch of replacements

Warranty (where applicable)
Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.
Parts &
Labour Warranty (if purchased)
Where specified, repairs are carried out by approved engineers with prior
agreement.

- General wear and tear
- Misuse, neglect, or
incorrect installation - Damage caused by
third-party interference or unauthorised repairs - Consumable parts (e.g.
seals, bulbs, handles, glass, hinges) - Damage from
environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.) - Loss of stock, food, or
business interruption
Important conditions
- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable

GAS FRYER 1X21L
A heavy-duty freestanding gas fryer designed for high-volume professional kitchens. With a large 21–25 litre frypot and dual baskets, it delivers consistent performance and high output, capable of frying up to 36 kg per hour. Powered by three burners with a total gas output of 24 kW, it ensures rapid heating and precise temperature control up to 195°C. Constructed from durable materials and equipped with a drain valve, it is built for continuous use and easy maintenance. Supplied with a conversion kit for switching from natural gas to propane.
