1-year commercial parts-only warranty.

supplied for manufacturing faults - Warranty provided
directly by the manufacturer unless stated otherwise - Coverage applies to UK
mainland orders only and once goods are fully paid

Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge. Labour, installation, and
call-out costs are not included.
- Defective parts must be
returned within 14 days - A refundable deposit
may be required before dispatch of replacements
Back-to-Base
Warranty (where applicable)
Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.
Parts &
Labour Warranty (if purchased)
Where specified, repairs are carried out by approved engineers with prior
agreement.

- General wear and tear
- Misuse, neglect, or
incorrect installation - Damage caused by
third-party interference or unauthorised repairs - Consumable parts (e.g.
seals, bulbs, handles, glass, hinges) - Damage from
environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.) - Loss of stock, food, or
business interruption
Important conditions
- Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Regular cleaning and
maintenance is required - Warranty claims may be
rejected if installation or usage is incorrect - Any engineer call-outs
not covered under warranty will be chargeable

Roller Grill BAR2000 Quartz Grill / Salamander Grill
The Roller Grill BAR2000 is a versatile commercial quartz grill designed for rapid cooking, toasting, browning, and reheating. It uses infrared quartz elements, allowing it to reach operating temperature in around 30 seconds with very little smoke or odour.
