    may be required before dispatch of replacements

Certain items must be returned for repair at the customer’s cost.

Where specified, repairs are carried out by approved engineers with prior

  • General wear and tear
  • Misuse, neglect, or
    incorrect installation
  • Damage caused by
    third-party interference or unauthorised repairs
  • Consumable parts (e.g.
    seals, bulbs, handles, glass, hinges)
  • Damage from
    environmental factors (water, fire, voltage issues, etc.)
  • Loss of stock, food, or
    business interruption

Important conditions

  • Equipment must be installed and used in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Regular cleaning and
    maintenance is required
  • Warranty claims may be
    rejected if installation or usage is incorrect
  • Any engineer call-outs
    not covered under warranty will be chargeable

Double Electric Griddle 3014 Countertop 

The Double Electric Griddle 3014 is built for demanding commercial kitchens requiring a larger cooking surface and flexible performance. Featuring a polished 10mm thick steel plate for exceptional heat retention and distribution, it delivers efficient grilling of meats, vegetables, breakfast items, and more.

With dual independent heating zones, each controlled thermostatically, chefs can cook multiple food types at different temperatures simultaneously. Constructed from high-grade stainless steel for durability, the unit includes rear ventilation panels for airflow and a removable fat drainage drawer for easy cleaning. Ready to use from the box with 2 × 13A plug connections.
