The Pro Line upright refrigerator is built to meet the rigorous demands of high-volume professional kitchens, catering facilities, and foodservice operations. With a gross capacity of 700 litres and full stainless steel construction inside and out (430 grade), this model combines robust durability with precision performance.
Equipped with 31 guide pairs and three included grids, the interior layout offers exceptional flexibility. With 45 mm spacing between guides and full GN 2/1 compatibility, the Pro Line supports efficient organization and high-capacity storage. Each grid is designed for commercial use and easy adjustment within the cabinet.
Cooling is delivered through a high-performance ventilated system, ensuring rapid temperature recovery and uniform distribution throughout the chamber. The temperature range is consistently maintained between +2°C and +8°C, aided by powerful insulation (60 mm thickness) and an automatic defrost system to reduce manual maintenance.
Designed for high-heat environments, the Pro Line can operate effectively in ambient temperatures up to 43°C. It runs on 230 volts at 50 Hz with a low energy draw of 0.2 kW and uses the eco-conscious R290 refrigerant. The LED interior lighting enhances visibility, while the lockable, right-hinged door ensures product security in fast-paced settings.
