With a gross capacity of 1,400 litres, this full stainless steel model is designed for intensive use in commercial kitchens, catering services, and food production facilities.
Constructed entirely from 430-grade stainless steel—both inside and out—this freestanding unit offers outstanding strength and hygiene. It includes six GN 2/1-compatible grids supported by 31 guide pairs, spaced at 45 mm intervals for flexible, high-density storage.
Cooling is delivered through a powerful ventilated system, providing even temperature distribution across both compartments. With a consistent internal range of +2°C to +8°C, the Pro Line ensures optimal preservation of perishable goods. The automatic defrost function simplifies maintenance, while 60 mm thick insulation enhances energy efficiency and temperature stability, even in environments reaching 43°C ambient temperature.
